Question 1: How are you going to maintain transparency and community involvement?
Answer 1: When elected, I will update everyone after each City Council Meeting via email regarding the current affairs in the City of Cupertino. I understand everyone has busy schedules and it may not be practical to attend or follow-up on each City Council Meeting that occurs. There will be an option to unsubscribe from these updates.
Question 2: What are you going to do specifically for the City of Cupertino?
Answer 2: My priorities are Transportation, Housing, Education, and Environment. The following represents one specific, top project for each priority.
Transportation: I will work with major employers and neighboring cities to bring transit into Cupertino connecting the Silicon Valley.
Housing: I will work to collaborate with the appropriate public agencies to bring teacher and public employee housing to Cupertino.
Education: I will work on partnering with the Cupertino Library and local school districts to offer innovative learning opportunities for all students.
Environment: I will work to become our representative to Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) and the Air District, to reduce our carbon footprint and improve our air quality.

Question 3: Are you being influenced or funded by any developers, including Sand Hill?
Answer 3: I am committed to providing my time, energy, and resources to the City of Cupertino without influence or contribution from developers. I hope that the track record from my 11 years of service as a board member on the Fremont Union High School District has proved my trustworthiness and transparency.
